About IBEW 2320

IBEW 2320 is a local, customer service-based union that exists solely through the will of its membership.  We represent a variety of members in New Hampshire and 100's of thousands of members internationally; they include Electricians, Linemen, Accountants, Customer Service Representatives, Police officers, Security Guards, Educators, IT specialists, Campaign staff, and many other lines of work.

Having intelligent, strong, and local representation in the workplace is one of the smartest steps a person can take in their decades-long work career.  Livable wages regardless of gender, affordable healthcare, and the ability to grieve unfair work conditions are only a part of what we fight for.  We believe in an unwavering dedication to our members' needs, and will stand beside and in front of them to achieve those goals.
