Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) introduced the Protect America’s Workforce Act , ” which would overturn Trump-era directives and reinstate collective bargaining agreements at agencies like the EPA , FEMA , and VA . The bill has full support from Senate Democrats, along with Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski as a co-sponsor.
