Electrical Lineworker Certificate Program in Partnership with Eversource and IBEW

The MCC Electrical Lineworker Certificate Program prepares students for careers in the electrical power utility industry, as well as for potential transfer into MCC’s Electrical Technology or Technical Studies degree programs. A key component of the program is a hands-on internship with the IBEW, providing students with real-world experience in the field.

These sessions are led by Jason Strong, Full-Time Faculty member, Professor, Electrical Lineworker Department Chair, and Academic Advisor. Admission to the Electrical Lineworker Certificate Program is selective. Prospective students are required to attend a designated information session held during an MCC Open House.
