Manchester, NH – IBEW Local 2320 is proud to announce the 2026 winners of the annual Collette Lemay Memorial Scholarship: Paige Pouliot and Sean Carrier.

Scholarship winner Paige Pouliot is the daughter of IBEW Local 2320 member Marc Pouliot. In 2023, Paige graduated from Berlin Middle High School in Berlin, NH, where she earned her Nursing Assistant license. This fall, she is beginning her senior year at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, MA, studying nursing.

The second 2026 scholarship winner is Sean Carrier, son of Steve Carrier, a union member of the Fidium group based in Tamworth, NH. Sean is entering his senior year at Louisiana State University (LSU) where he is majoring in Business-Finance and minoring in Miliary Science. At LSU, Sean is enrolled in Army ROTC and will be commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army upon his graduation in May 2027.

The scholarship honors the memory of Collette Lemay, who dedicated many years of service to IBEW Local 2320 as a Business Agent representing Operator Services. She was deeply respected for her tireless advocacy, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to the members of IBEW Local 2320. Lemay passed away on February 1, 1995, at the age of 57 after suffering a brain aneurysm while working in the Union office.

In recognition of Lemay’s lasting impact, the Officers and Executive Board established the Collette Lemay Memorial Scholarship Fund to benefit the children, stepchildren, and grandchildren of active IBEW Local 2320 members or retirees. Thanks to community support, IBEW Local 2320 has raised over $100,000 and awarded more than $80,000 in scholarships to deserving recipients.
