IBEW Local 2320 Ratifies Membership Contract with Granite State Victory

Manchester, NH – IBEW Local 2320 ratified their contract to represent the members of Granite State Victory on July 11, 2026. The contract was signed on July 13. The process moved remarkably quickly, with all 15 members voting to join IBEW Local 2320 in less than 24 hours. Only a simple majority of members who choose to vote is required to win an election to join a union, so a unanimous vote by all members of an organization is an unusual and surprising turn of events, especially within such a short timeline.

Granite State Victory is a nonprofit organization working to elect Congressman Chris Pappas to the U.S. Senate and Democratic candidates in down-ballot races. These employees dedicate their time and resources toward grassroots efforts to reach New Hampshire voters.

Rebecca Bandy, the Regional Organizing Director of Granite State Victory, initially contacted IBEW Local 2320 regarding membership. IBEW Local 2320 was a natural fit for Granite State Victory as the local already represents other New Hampshire campaign workers, including workers on the Chris Pappas for U.S. Senate campaign. As union members, all individuals working for Granite State Victory will benefit from the advocacy of IBEW Local 2320 for fair wages, affordable healthcare, and fair working conditions. The members of Granite State Victory are younger than most union members, pointing towards an exciting future for IBEW Local 2320.

“Granite State Victory is proud to be represented by IBEW 2320,” said Rebecca Bandy. “Their mission goes hand in hand with the work we’re doing to elect Chris Pappas to the U.S. Senate and New Hampshire Democrats up and down the ticket, who will fight for fair wages, safe working conditions, and the rights of Granite State workers.”

“We are excited to represent this group of passionate young people,” said Jim Golden, Business Manager for IBEW Local 2320. “By helping them secure fair wages and working conditions, we are laying the groundwork for the next generation of workers.”
