IBEW Local 2320 is proud to recognize John Murphy as the 2025 Linda B. Horan Lifetime Solidarity Award recipient. The Lifetime Solidarity Award honors individuals who have dedicated their lives and have made significant contributions throughout a career of service to the union. This award is a unique tribute given only to the individual who is worthy of recognition for a lifetime commitment to the vision and mission of the union movement. 

“Murph” truly embodies the spirit of the Linda B. Horan Lifetime Solidarity Award. He has been actively involved in the union for nearly three decades and is well known for organizing events, helping countless members study for their journeyman’s exam, attending every event he is asked to support, and giving back in countless other ways.
