The NH Higher Education Union (NHHEU), IBEW Local 2320 proudly welcomes Community College System of NH (CCSNH) full-time faculty back to school for the fall semester. With the recent agreement reached between NHHEU and CCSNH, this school year will provide more livable wages, affordable benefits, and balanced working conditions for our members.

The New Hampshire Higher Education Union (NHHEU), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 2320 is a customer service-based union that represents higher education members in New Hampshire. 

The IBEW Local 2320 also represents members of other professions, including telecommunication line and splice work, accounting, information technology, political campaigning, and nuclear security. IBEW Local 2320 advocates on behalf of its members for livable wages, affordable healthcare, and the ability to address unfair work conditions, along with individual workplace priorities that arise among its membership.
