Local IBEW 2320 has initiated a donation drive for the Liberty House that will go through September 29.
The Liberty House is a non-profit organization located here in Manchester, N.H. that assists and supports homeless veterans and veterans transitioning out of homelessness.
The Liberty House works tirelessly to provide supportive services for those who have bravely served our country. They are highly dependent on the generosity of others to help replenish their food pantry, clothing closet, and homeless assistance items. The most requested items are basic needs that would assist a veteran in homelessness or transitioning. These items are also extended to assist those in need in the community.
This is where we come in….
Our drive will focus primarily on the most needed items and those in consistent high-demand.
For convenience and reference, a list of these items can be located in our “Files” tab under: “THE LIBERTY HOUSE PROJECT”. The Liberty House changes their requests as others are fulfilled, and we’ll update accordingly.
Currently we have boxes throughout the Holt Ave location in Manchester, NH. If you are from another location and interested in participating in some way, you can comment here in the event page, check with your E-Board representative, email Unit5b@ibew2320.org
or contact the hall.
At the conclusion of the drive, we will deliver to the Liberty House on behalf of IBEW Local 2320.
Please consider going through your cupboards and closets to help make the difference in the life of a Veteran.
